Six operating brands. One company.
Each division is a working business — café, beverage, private dining, meal delivery, youth culinary, and supply-chain coordination. Together they form a hospitality and agricultural supply chain rooted in Houston.
Six Rows Café
Meal prep · mobile café · packaged beverage
Six Rows Café is our café and meal-prep division — built around mobile café service, subscription meal prep, and packaged beverage. We hold a monthly presence at the Live Oak Farmers Market on third Saturdays, and we are developing a brick-and-mortar community café, co-working and wellness concept targeted for late 2026.
The café is the front door for eaters; the supply chain behind it is what makes the food farm-direct, traceable, and priced like a service.
Six Rows Coffee & Cacao
Single-origin coffee · ceremonial cacao
Built without venture funding, Six Rows Coffee & Cacao was developed through travel in Mexico and direct work with farmers. We offer a growing global range of single-origin coffees from partner fincas across Latin America, Africa and Asia — 100% Arabica, freshly roasted in Texas, sourced through BIPOC and fair-trade farm partnerships.
The signature product is a stone-ground Guatemalan ceremonial cacao blend: single-origin criollo from an all-female fair-trade farm, blended with panela, vanilla and five Mayan spices, prepared around the Mayan calendar. It is organic, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free, with no refined sugar and no preservatives. It is caffeine-free — for people who want a ritual without the jolt — and prepared 2–4 tbsp per cup of non-dairy milk.
Our coffee lineup is expanding across partner fincas, and all product pricing lives on the shop — never on this site.

Travel Villa Kitchen
Private dining · destination experiences
Travel Villa Kitchen is our private dining and destination gastronomy division. We run private farm dinners, dinner clubs, and retreat gastronomy — from $75 per guest in Houston, $95 in San Jose, and a $45 pop-up format.
Past and planned destinations include Tulum, Jamaica, St. Croix and Cabo. Each evening is built around a tasting menu, a service arc, and full staffing — conceptualized in Tulum and rooted in Houston.

Villa Kitchen HTX
Houston meal prep · 3 for $35 · 5 for $60
Villa Kitchen HTX is our Houston meal prep division — 3 meals for $35 and 5 meals for $60. For Airbnb clients, meals are $28 per meal with travel drop-off included. Service runs on Sunday and Tuesday, with breakfast orders accepted until 10 a.m.
Every meal prep order supports our local Houston farmers and urban gardeners — produce is sourced farm-direct through our own supply chain, so each plate keeps a grower in business and a garden growing.
We offer fourth-trimester, senior, and individualized plans — meals priced and documented like a service, not a takeout order.
Lets CookHouston
Youth culinary challenge · food handler certification
Lets CookHouston is VK Capital Ventures' own youth culinary challenge and food handler certification program — for 40 young people ages 16–21. It is our workforce pipeline, delivered in-house.
Harlem River Farms is the farm partner, and the program includes a Texas Southern University Child & Family Development practicum in fall 2026. Participants leave with a food handler certification and real kitchen hours.
FARM2CHEF
Supply-chain coordination layer
FARM2CHEF is the supply-chain coordination layer — the part that makes a small grower legible to an institutional buyer. Food-safety documentation, aggregation across farms to hit volume, standardized pack and grade, cold chain, and audit-ready invoicing.
It is the scarce asset in local food: whoever builds it captures recurring budgeted revenue and raises the floor for every farm in the network.
